Bigger bolder oaky and sweet style that has fatness and richness in bounds.

This Chardonnay is a blend of Bridge Pa and Eskdale sub regions. It fermented in tank and barrels, all wild ferments. The barrels kicked off Malo naturally, I stopped after 45% through. It was stirred once a month for 4 months, it was blended and bottled with minimum fining.
